Strawberry Salad Dressing
- Endive and radicchio salad with gorgonzola, green apples and toasted walnuts.
- 1 tbsp Strawberry Fruit & Maple Spread
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- parsley for garnish
- In a mixing bowl whisk strawberry spread, lemon juice, water, olive oil and salt.
- Plate your endive and radicchio, add sliced apple, crumbled gorgonzola and toasted walnuts over the top.
- Garnish with parsley leaves and drizzle with strawberry dressing.
