Polaner® Sugar Free Seedless Raspberry Preserves
Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Combine brown sugar, flour, oats, margarine, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium bowl. Blend with a fork or pastry blender until crumbly; stir in pecans. Set aside. Combine preserves and lemon juice in large bowl; add apples, tossing well to coat. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with oat mixture. Bake 35-40 minutes until top is golden and filling is bubbly. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes 9 servings.
