Apricot Cookies

Apricot cookies with a hint of almond.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Polaner® Sugar Free Apricot Preserves

Directions

In a large bowl combine all ingredients and chill 1-2 hours until firm. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheets, press down slightly. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
