Strawberry Yogurt Ice Pops

Ingredients
3 cups yogurt
1 cup cream
6 tablespoons honey
1/2 to 1 cup Polaner® Organic Strawberry Preserves
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup melted chocolate, optional
ice pop mold needed
Process
Whisk together the cream, yogurt, honey, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
With the back of a spoon spread a teaspoon of Polaner® Organic Strawberry Preserves to the inside of each mold.
Add the remaining preserves to the yogurt mixture and swirl.
Evenly pour the yogurt mixture into the ice pop molds.
Place a stick in the center of each mold and freeze until firm; about 6 to 8 hours.
Remove from mold when ready to serve. Enjoy!
Option: Drizzle melted chocolate over the pops after removing from the mold for an added touch of flavor.
