Ingredients

  • 3 cups yogurt
  • 1 cup cream
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 to 1 cup Polaner® Organic Strawberry Preserves
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup melted chocolate, optional
ice pop mold needed

Process

  1. Whisk together the cream, yogurt, honey, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. With the back of a spoon spread a teaspoon of Polaner® Organic Strawberry Preserves to the inside of each mold.
  3. Add the remaining preserves to the yogurt mixture and swirl.
  4. Evenly pour the yogurt mixture into the ice pop molds.
  5. Place a stick in the center of each mold and freeze until firm; about 6 to 8 hours.
  6. Remove from mold when ready to serve. Enjoy!
Option: Drizzle melted chocolate over the pops after removing from the mold for an added touch of flavor.
