Peanut Butter and Jelly Granola Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 C. rolled oats (not instant)
- 1 C. sliced or slivered almonds
- 1 C. peanuts
- 1 C. Polaner® Verry Berry Grape Fruit Spread
- ¼ C. peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 C. raisins, optional
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 250˚F and set out two baking sheets.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds and peanuts. Toss to mix.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the fruit spread, peanut butter, oil, honey and salt until well blended and creamy.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the oat mixture and stir until all the oat mixture is coated.
- Spread the granola out onto the two baking sheets in a thin layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Stir the granola well by moving it around on the pan.
- Bake an additional 45 minutes.
- Allow to cool then stir in raisins.
- Great as a snack or served with yogurt!
