Raspberry No Churn Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 C. heavy cream
- 1 – 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 C. Polaner® Verry Berry Strawberry Fruit Spread
- 1 ½ tsp. Spice Islands® Pure Almond Extract
- 1 ½ tsp. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions
- In the bowl of a mixer, whip the heavy cream on high speed until stiff peaks are formed.
- Turn the mixer off and add the sweetened condensed milk, ¾ cup of the fruit spread and the extracts.
- Turn on low speed and mix until well blended.
- Pour into a 9x5x2-inch loaf pan.
- Place reserved ¼ cup of fruit spread in a microwave safe container and microwave for 15-30 seconds.
- Drizzle the warm fruit spread over the top of the loaf pan and use a fork to swirl it into the mixture.
- Place in the freezer until firm.
