  1. In the bowl of a mixer, whip the heavy cream on high speed until stiff peaks are formed.
  2. Turn the mixer off and add the sweetened condensed milk, ¾ cup of the fruit spread and the extracts.
  3. Turn on low speed and mix until well blended.
  4. Pour into a 9x5x2-inch loaf pan.
  5. Place reserved ¼ cup of fruit spread in a microwave safe container and microwave for 15-30 seconds.
  6. Drizzle the warm fruit spread over the top of the loaf pan and use a fork to swirl it into the mixture.
  7. Place in the freezer until firm.
